What is JBW's domestic return policy?

JBW is committed to ensuring you are happy with your timepiece. 

We will accept returns of watches in new condition (not worn or links removed) for up to 30 days from the purchase date. There is a $10.00 return fee for US customers. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment and exclude original shipping charges. We do not offer exchanges or gift cards at this time. Please allow 7-14 business days for return processing after the return package has arrived at our warehouse.

What is the refund timeline?


Once we receive your return package, it can take 7-14 business days to process the return and refund the money to your credit card. For international orders, please allow for additional time.
We ask that you please keep your return tracking number for your records. 

Have you received my return?


Once your package has been received at our warehouse, it is first evaluated before we can issue any refunds. This process usually takes 7-14 business days, but we guarantee we work as quickly as possible. If your return does not meet our return requirements, we will ship the watch back to you without a refund.

I returned my watch, why have I not received a refund?


If your return tracking shows that the package has been received by JBW, it can take 7-14 business days to process the return and refund the money to your credit card. For international orders, please allow for additional time.

I returned my watch, but why did I not receive a full refund credit?


If you have returned your watch but did not receive a full refund credit it could be for the following reasons:
-A partial credit was applied towards expedited or international shipping, shipping costs are nonrefundable. 
-If you only returned a portion of your order, a partial credit will only be applied to your account.

My watch is a gift I don’t have original purchase information, how can I return it?

A refund can only be granted to the original purchaser. 

Proof of purchase, such as a copy of the original sales receipt or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price (less original shipping charges).
In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

I sized my watch can I still return it?


Once a watch is altered or is not in new condition, it can not be considered returnable.

JBW accepts unworn, like-new merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase date.
