What is the International Warranty?

The JBW International warranty covers your timepiece for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturer defects of the timepiece. This warranty excludes any damage caused by excessive wear under conditions exceeding the timepieces manufacturer’s water resistance limitations. Any manufacturer defects that are covered by our warranty will be repaired at no cost or a replacement timepiece will be provided. Additional costs may be required for repairs that fall outside our warranty. The warranty is valid only at JBW. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than JBW will void this warranty.

The Platinum Warranty is an upgrade option available only to purchases on JBW.com. It extends your standard warranty two additional years (4 years total) and provides extra protection and servicing options to help preserve the value of your JBW watch.

Every JBW watch has a basic international 2-year warranty, issued by JBW itself, and validated with a serial number and guarantee card inside the watch box. The Platinum Warranty includes the basic warranty plus these additional features:

  Platinum Standard
Manufacturing defects covered
Full repairs for warranty-covered issues
Additional 2 years warranty  
Unlimited battery replacements  
1 free tune up / cleaning  
Leather Strap* One time free strap replacement  
Bracelet Band* Free additional links for sizing  
Warranty-related Shipping* We cover all shipping costs

Yes, the Platinum Warranty is not a final sale item, but must be refunded within our 30-day refund policy. Please note the Platinum Warranty cannot be refunded once redeemed.
