JBW headquarters is based in Dallas, Texas and all of our product is shipped from Dallas.

What are the Import Duties and Taxes?


Prices do NOT include your country’s import duties or taxes.
You will be responsible for additional duties prior to delivery.

These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier upon delivery. Please note: If you refuse this package upon arrival, $100USD will be deducted from your refund. A refund will be issued after the product has been returned to the JBW headquarters, which can take up to 4-6 weeks.

If your package is stuck in customs. please contact your local customs office to resolve the issue.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen, or damaged order?

If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/

Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form. 

*If you suspect your package has been stolen, please file a police report within your local county to help begin your claim with Route.*

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. 

When you add Route+, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. 

 

What if my order is damaged?

To protect your order against damage that occurred during shipping, add Route+ package protection at checkout. When you add Route+ at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. When you file a claim, it will be reviewed for approval for a reorder or refund within 24 hours. 

If you suspect your package was damaged during transit, please reach out to us here, and will be happy to work with you to remedy the situation.
