When will I receive my order?

What is the order process?

Orders placed after 9 A.M CST will be dispatched the following business day. JBW does not ship on weekends or national holidays.

Once your order is successfully approved and submitted, your order will process the following business day.

The standard shipping timeline is 3-5 business days.

Two-day and next day shipping timelines do not include weekends or national holidays. 

Once your order is dispatched and is on its way to you, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information.

All packages ship via FedEx. Please note we are unable to ship to P.O boxes at this time.


Please keep in mind that during the holidays shipping time may vary, but JBW will provide updates if delays occur.

External factors outside of JBW and FedEx control such as extreme weather and technical failures may cause occasional delays, we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. JBW will provide full transparency if these factors are to occur.

How do I track my order?


You will receive a tracking number via email with FedEx tracking information within 1-2 business days after placing your order.

*Kindly note if you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your order will be processed during the next business day, and tracking information will follow shortly after. 

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?


If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. To prevent our emails from being filtered out, please add support@jbw.com to your address book or safe sender list.

Once an order is approved and submitted, we are unable to modify to change the ordered products or the shipping address.
