When will my order ship?

 

Orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the distribution center for delivery via FedEx. 


We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please keep in mind that shipping time may vary during the holidays, but JBW will provide updates if delays occur.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time. 

Factors outside of the control of JBW and FedEx, such as extreme weather and technical failures, may cause occasional delays; we ask for your patience and understanding when they do. The JBW service team will provide full transparency every step of the way if these circumstances arise. 

 

Please note: You may see a delay in tracking movement by a few days until the package reaches a FedEx hub. We appreciate your understanding during this season. *

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information as your package is being dispatched for delivery. Orders take 1-2 business days to process before leaving the distribution center. 


Please note that orders placed during the weekend or a national holiday will be processed within the following two business days, and tracking information will follow shortly after.

 

 

 

Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your SPAM folder. To prevent our emails from being filtered out, add support@jbw.com to your address book or safe sender list.


If you still have not received a confirmation email, please contact support@jbw.com with your first and last name, order information, and shipping address.

How does overnight shipping work?

Orders process within the following 1-2 business days, including overnight shipping orders. Please note, JBW does not ship on weekends or national holidays.

 

Once your order is successfully approved and submitted, your order will process the following business day. Please consider the time for order processing to calculate your shipping timeline. 

 

Two-Day and Next Day Shipping timelines do not include weekends or national holidays.

Can I change my order?

Once an order is approved and submitted, we are unable to modify to change the ordered products or the shipping address.

Once you submit an order,  we can not guarantee any cancellations or edits.
If you would like to attempt to cancel your order, please submits your request here: cancellation form and we will try our best to fulfill your request. 

 

How can I cancel or edit my order?

JBW works fast on shipping out your orders! Regrettably, this means that we cannot cancel or make any changes to your order. This can include but is not limited to:

-Billing or shipping address update

-Addition or removal of items

-Change in color/size of items

-Addition or removal of a discount code

-Order cancellation request

-Shipping method change

If you are no longer interested in your purchase, you may return your order upon arrival.
Please note a $10.00USD charge will be deducted from your refund if you refuse your package. 

I have received the wrong product, what do I do?


If you receive your package and it is not what you ordered, please email
support@jbw.com immediately, or call 1-800-406-1600. We will do everything we can to correct our mistake as quickly as possible.
